Terms of Service for 免费申卡
Aug 31, 2026

Effective date: August 31, 2026

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Welcome to 免费申卡 (Free Card Application) at https://xinyongka.net.cn (the “Website”). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and the Website operator governing your access to and use of the Website.

Please read these Terms carefully, particularly the sections on the nature of the service, third-party services, risks, liability, and disputes. If you do not agree, stop using the Website. Matters requiring separate consent under law will be presented separately.

1. Nature and Scope of the Website

  1. The Website provides credit-card information, card and benefit displays, eligibility and application guidance, articles, and links to banks or partner channels.
  2. The Website is not a bank, card issuer, lender, credit-reporting agency, or credit decision-maker. We do not accept or approve card applications or decide issuance, limits, annual fees, interest, charges, points, benefits, delivery, activation, or review times.
  3. “Free Application” means that the Website does not charge you a credit-card application service fee. It does not mean an issuing bank or third party will never charge annual fees, interest, late charges, service fees, or other amounts, nor does it mean every card has a permanent annual-fee waiver.
  4. Card images, benefits, promotions, eligibility conditions, and process descriptions are informational and may change. Formal documents and current rules provided by the issuer or service provider control.
  5. The Website may receive commissions or service revenue from promotional relationships with banks, channel providers, or other partners. Such a relationship does not affect the issuer’s independent review and is not a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

  1. Primary-card applications and agency-opportunity functions are intended for users aged 18 or older who have full civil capacity and satisfy the relevant bank’s or partner’s conditions. Users under 18 must not initiate a primary-card or agency application through the Website.
  2. Select cards responsibly in light of your financial circumstances, repayment ability, and actual needs. Review the issuer’s cardholder agreement, fees, privacy notice, credit-report authorization, and risk disclosures.
  3. Information submitted on a third-party page must be true, accurate, complete, and current. You must not impersonate another person or submit fraudulent information.

3. External Application and Agency Channels

  1. Clicking a “免费申卡” (Free Application) or “代理赚钱” (Agency Opportunity) button opens a third-party page in a new window. Current destinations may include apply.yo.com.cn and tui.hjk.com.cn; the recipient, URL, and service shown at the time of the click control.
  2. After you leave the Website, the relevant bank or third party independently provides application, identity-verification, credit-authorization, agency-registration, contracting, and follow-up services. Rights and obligations between you and that third party are governed by the agreement you accept with it.
  3. Before submitting information, verify the third party’s identity, bank authorization, official website, customer-service information, fees, privacy policy, and terms. Stop if a page asks for a verification code, remote access to your device, unknown software, or a transfer to a personal account.
  4. We do not control third-party content, availability, security, review processes, or data practices. A third party remains responsible for its own legally attributable conduct; where required by law and reasonably possible, we will assist with complaints or security reports.

4. Button Interactions and Privacy Notice

  1. Hovering over an application or agency button may display a QR code configured by the Website administrator. Clicking opens the relevant external page.
  2. When you actively click one of these buttons, the Website records the click, IP address, browser and operating system, device type, language, time zone, screen and viewport parameters, and related access data; creates a device-characteristic digest; and sends an alert through the configured Feishu group bot. This supports feature measurement, security, and service follow-up.
  3. See our Privacy Policy for the exact information, purposes, recipients, retention method, and your rights. If you do not want a click record to be generated, do not click the buttons and visit an issuing bank’s official channel directly.

5. Accounts and Security

  1. Some administration or interactive features may require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your email and other account details current.
  2. Protect your credentials and never disclose passwords, verification codes, or account control. Responsibility for activity through an account will be determined based on the facts and applicable law.
  3. Promptly report unauthorized use, suspicious sign-ins, or other security issues through the customer-service or contact channel published on the Website.
  4. For account security, compliance, and permission management, we may verify, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account and provide reasons and an appeal channel where required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • impersonate another person, submit fraudulent application material, or help obtain credit by deception;
  • engage in money laundering, unlawful cash advances, fraud, unlawful trading of personal information, or other illegal activity;
  • publish unlawful, infringing, false, misleading, malicious, or harmful content;
  • use scripts, bots, excessive requests, crawlers, or similar methods to disrupt the Website, fabricate clicks, or evade security restrictions;
  • access accounts, administration areas, APIs, databases, or protected resources without authorization;
  • distribute malware, probe vulnerabilities, or attack the Website;
  • copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected Website content without authorization; or
  • otherwise violate law, these Terms, public order, or accepted ethical standards.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including access restrictions, removal of unlawful content, preservation of necessary evidence, reports to competent authorities, or legal claims.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

  1. Rights in the Website’s design, text, graphics, icons, software, database structure, and other protected content belong to the Website operator or the applicable rights holder.
  2. Bank names and logos, card artwork, product materials, and other third-party content remain the property of the respective bank or rights holder. Display for identification and information does not grant us rights beyond applicable authorization.
  3. Without permission, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, mirror, scrape, or commercially exploit protected content beyond reasonable personal, non-commercial use.
  4. If you believe Website content infringes your rights, submit evidence of ownership, the specific URL, and your requested action through the published contact channel. We will review the request as required by law.

8. Accuracy and Financial Risk

  1. We make reasonable efforts to maintain information, but bank rules, promotions, and regulatory requirements may change. We cannot promise that all content is complete, current, or suitable for every user or region at all times.
  2. Website content is not a credit commitment, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an assessment of your creditworthiness.
  3. A card application may involve a credit-report inquiry. Repeated applications, late payment, excessive borrowing, or misuse may affect your credit and generate charges. Read issuer documents, repay on time, and use credit responsibly.
  4. Statements about limits, review speed, cashback, spending credits, points, gifts, or annual-fee waivers remain subject to issuer review, eligibility conditions, quotas, location, time limits, and campaign rules. The issuing bank’s final decision controls.

9. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

  1. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue functions for business, partner, technical, security, or legal reasons and will provide appropriate notice where reasonably possible or legally required.
  2. Maintenance, network failures, third-party outages, force majeure, or other reasonable causes may interrupt service. We will make reasonable efforts to restore it but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  3. We may lawfully restrict or terminate access for a serious violation of these Terms, security harm, or infringement of others’ rights. This does not affect rights and obligations that already arose under law.

10. Responsibility and Limitations

  1. We remain responsible under law for the services and personal-information processing we provide. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a consumer’s statutory right to complain, report, sue, or seek compensation.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, loss caused by an independent third-party service, fraudulent information supplied by a user, a user’s breach of a bank agreement, a user’s device or network, force majeure, or matters outside our reasonable control is borne by the legally responsible party.
  3. If Website information is inaccurate or an external link appears unsafe, notify us. After verification, we may correct or remove content, block a link, or take other reasonable action.
  4. We do not guarantee application approval, a particular credit limit, or any particular benefit. A rejection or a change in limits or benefits resulting from an issuer’s independent review or rule change does not by itself establish a breach by the Website.

11. Privacy

We process personal information under our Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of these Terms. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on personal-information processing, the provision that gives you greater protection and complies with applicable law will control.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when services, partnerships, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. We will provide prominent notice of material changes affecting your rights and obtain separate consent where law requires it.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding for this purpose the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan.
  2. The parties should first seek to resolve a dispute through good-faith consultation. If that fails, either party may bring proceedings before a court with lawful jurisdiction or use a lawful consumer, industry-mediation, or regulatory complaint channel.
  3. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

14. Contact Us
